Where should I stick the badge?

This one is about the badge specifically: it is the only object that is stuck on, and stuck on for good. The card goes in a wallet and the keychain on a keyring, so neither needs a decision.

Stick the badge on the back of your phone, or on your case, where a responder would naturally look.

• Low and centred: the lower third of the back is the sweet spot. It clears the wireless charging coil in the centre and the camera bump at the top, and a responder's eye lands there.
• Flat surface: pick a spot with no ridge or seam, so the badge bonds across its whole face and your phone still lies flat.
• Case or phone: both work. On a case, remember to move the badge over if you change cases.

Press it firmly for a few seconds when you first apply it. The professional 3M adhesive does the rest. The centre of the back is the one place to avoid, and wireless charging explains why.
