A one-time purchase. You pay once to activate your emergency profile for life, with one NFC object of your choice included, and there is no subscription and no recurring fee.

What stays free, before and after:

• Creating and filling your emergency profile, as often as you like.
• Updating it whenever your health, your medications or your contacts change.
• Keeping your profile online, for as long as you use it.

Extra objects cost less than the first one, because what you are paying for is the profile, not the plastic. You can add a second or a third at activation.

There is nothing to renew and no plan to manage. If you later need another object (a lost one, a new phone, a family member), you order it and it links to a profile the same way.
